Order processing time
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During high-volume periods processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping methods & estimated delivery
Standard (Domestic): 4–7 business days — calculated at checkout.
Express (Domestic): 2–4 business days — calculated at checkout.
International: 7–15 business days (varies by destination).
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, shipping method and destination.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Incorrect address / changes
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 12 hours at saltybulldogapparel@gmail.com.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
Contact the carrier first, then email us and we'll assist.
Return to sender / reship
If a package is returned for incorrect or unclaimed address, we can reship once customer pays the re-shipping fee.
